Essential risk information

Foreign exchange, commodities, indices and leveraged derivatives can produce substantial and rapid losses. All money committed to trading can be lost. A deficit beyond the deposit may arise depending on the instrument, account classification, jurisdiction and enforceable protections. Such trading is inappropriate for some people. Funds needed for living costs, debt obligations or other essential commitments must not be used.

A stated entry, target or invalidation does not promise a fill, a gain or a maximum loss. Historical results are not a dependable forecast. Membership without a subscription fee does not eliminate trading costs or financial exposure.

This statement applies to the official website, Free and Premium communities, Telegram content, market commentary, learning materials, reviews and support supplied by 24-FX Ltd. It supplements our Terms of Business and the broker’s own product disclosures. No short document can exhaust every risk.

1. The purpose and limits of publications

An idea may address direction, timing, levels and a possible exit, but is prepared for a general audience. It does not reflect your particular finances, experience, portfolio or objectives. We do not decide its suitability or appropriateness for you.

Your account is not operated by 24-FX: we do not submit or amend orders, monitor your margin or ensure receipt of updates. A channel message changing or closing an idea has no effect on your broker orders.

Education and commentary labels do not determine legal classification. Rules on recommendations, advice, financial promotion and introductions apply according to substance. This notice creates no exemption or waiver of a duty owed to you.

2. Exposure created by leverage

With leverage, exposure can greatly exceed the margin posted. A modest unfavourable movement can consume a large proportion of the account. Margin paid is not necessarily the maximum loss. Requirements may change and the broker may liquidate automatically at an unexpected price, without enough time for you to add funds.

Close-out rules, negative-balance protection and compensation schemes depend on the exact entity, product, country and client category. Retail protections elsewhere cannot be assumed to cover a Mauritius account or a professional classification. Verify the enforceable terms before depositing or trading.

Borrowed money remains repayable after trading losses. A sequence of small gains cannot rule out a later loss that exceeds them.

3. Price shocks and inability to exit

Economic announcements, central-bank decisions, political and geopolitical developments, disruptions in commodities and unexpected events can produce sudden price changes. Overnight and weekend gaps may carry a market beyond a planned entry or exit.

Reduced liquidity or wider spreads can make displayed prices unavailable for your direction or size. Suspensions and closures may prevent an exit while related markets still move. A reasonably priced exit can become unavailable.

Positions in different currencies, commodities and indices can share exposure and become closely correlated in stressed markets. Multiple ideas therefore need not diversify an account.

4. Analytical levels and broker orders

An invalidation marks failure of an analytical premise. It does not place a stop-loss and does not guarantee a loss boundary. You must decide whether and how to submit an appropriate order and understand its operation.

A conventional stop can slip or execute beyond its trigger; a stop-limit can remain unfilled. A guaranteed stop, if the broker offers one, has its own eligibility, cost and conditions. No publication should be taken to supply such protection.

Targets express estimates. A chart touching a price need not trigger your order because bid/ask quotes, liquidity and execution rules differ. Multiple targets describe staged or alternative scenarios, not an appropriate allocation or holding period for your circumstances.

An early exit can replace the initial plan. You may miss it or receive it late. The price recorded for our publication is not proof of the price achieved in your trading account.

5. Contracts and execution are not interchangeable

Orders of different types have different effects. An order may be rejected, partly filled, priced differently or never filled. Network delay, venue, size, client category and the broker’s practices affect execution.

Symbols such as GOLD, XAGUSD, DE40 and US30 do not identify a universal specification. Lot sizes, ticks, pip conventions, expiry, rollover, funding and trading hours can vary. A displayed underlying index or commodity may be traded through a CFD, future or other derivative rather than ownership of the asset.

Understand the precise contract. Points or pips alone do not quantify money earned, percentage return or exposure without size, contract value, currency conversion and costs.

6. Charges and currencies

A favourable price move can become a net loss after spreads, commissions, financing, swaps, conversion and taxes. Longer holding periods and stressed conditions can increase costs. Apparent profitability before expenses may disappear once they are included.

Account-currency returns may differ from the instrument’s quoted return. Short exposure, derivatives and financing may carry further product-specific risks. Obtain current broker specifications and cost disclosures rather than inferring them from a signal.

7. Uncertainty in analysis

Data, assumptions and judgment underpin analysis and can be incomplete, late or wrong. Familiar patterns fail and historical relationships can change. A tested or described-as-proven strategy is not certain to work again.

A risk-to-reward ratio compares assumed price distances; it does not establish the chances of reaching a target, incorporate every execution expense or prove a strategy’s profitability.

Ideas can be withdrawn, revised or corrected. Lack of a later message is not evidence that an older idea is current. Check the timestamp, assumptions, broker quotes and subsequent developments independently.

8. Understanding reported outcomes

Model signals, demo trades, backtests and live funded accounts are different forms of evidence. A displayed trade does not imply real-money execution at the stated price and size unless the presentation expressly establishes it.

A useful report identifies its source and type, period and time zone, sample and inclusion rules, entry and exit assumptions, unfilled and cancelled ideas, partial exits, multiple targets and early closures, sizing and treatment of spreads, slippage, fees and financing. Ask [email protected] for missing particulars before relying on a report. Independent audit must not be inferred from a polished display.

Simulation and backtesting can benefit from hindsight, data selection or assumptions unavailable in live trading. Costs, liquidity, market impact and the practical difficulty of following a system can be omitted. Simulated success is not evidence of attainable returns.

Win rate does not describe the distribution of gains and losses: frequent small wins can be outweighed by fewer large losses. Totals of unlike instruments’ points cannot meaningfully represent cash profit. Exposure, drawdown, duration and expenses also matter. Testimonials and selected examples may not represent ordinary outcomes. Past performance, actual or theoretical, does not reliably predict what follows or promise recovery of earlier losses.

9. Breakline and counterparty exposure

The sole affiliate broker is Breakline Markets. Its published documents identify Breakline Markets Ltd, termed Breakline Markets Limited in the client agreement, and its website gives the address 6th Floor, Tower 1, Nexteracom Building, Ebene, Republic of Mauritius. It states Mauritius FSC authorisation under number C204401. These are statements in the broker’s materials, not independent regulatory verification by 24-FX. Review https://breakline.market/legal-documents and confirm the exact entity and permissions in the regulator’s register and your own account agreement.

The broker’s client agreement describes dealing as principal and market maker. Your contract is consequently a separate counterparty relationship. Segregation, insolvency remedies, balance protection and complaints or compensation rights must be checked for that specific relationship; they cannot be borrowed from another broker or country.

A broker may suffer an outage, liquidity problem, dispute or insolvency. Withdrawals can be delayed or restricted by contract or law. Regulatory status does not insure against loss. 24-FX neither receives trading funds nor guarantees the broker’s performance, without excluding responsibility for our own misleading statements or unlawful referrals.

10. Affiliate funding and competing interests

Premium is supported by our affiliate relationship with Breakline. Under the described acquisition/action model, an attributed referral qualifies through a deposit and trading activity. This gives us a financial incentive for a member to choose, fund and use the broker, which can conflict with the member’s interest in abstaining, reducing activity or choosing another provider.

Applicable qualification, attribution, payment and access conditions must be provided in writing before you act to obtain Premium. No universal deposit threshold, lot requirement or commission amount is established here without that disclosure. A broker payment condition does not silently create an obligation to trade indefinitely. A one-off acquisition payment linked to activity is different from ongoing volume remuneration; any additional basis must be disclosed.

Compensation is paid to 24-FX, not promised to the member. It neither guarantees trading returns nor constitutes a membership price paid by you. Do not deposit more, take extra leverage, trade unnecessarily or retain an unsuitable account for free content. Free refers to membership charges alone.

We must disclose material referral interests in or alongside affected communications where required. A general warning cannot replace a disclosure specific to a material conflict. A publisher’s or contributor’s relevant positions or other interests must likewise be disclosed with a recommendation in the legally required manner. Missing disclosure does not prove absence of an interest; seek clarification.

11. Technology and impersonation

Internet access, devices, hosting, price feeds and Telegram may fail or delay messages. Muted notifications and missed edits can prevent receipt of an important change. The trading platform can fail separately. A messaging channel must not be your only risk-control arrangement.

Fraudsters may copy 24-FX branding, promise returns, request credentials or offer account management. Verify official contacts through [email protected]. Never send trading deposits to a supposed 24-FX account or disclose broker passwords.

12. Your ability to decline

Read the product, broker costs and risk documents, understand potential exposure and consider whether loss is affordable. Seek independent licensed advice where appropriate. You may ignore every idea and stop trading whenever you choose; membership does not require a transaction.

Pressure, loss chasing and increasing leverage can magnify harm. If you do not understand the product or its risk, a published signal is not a reason to proceed.

13. Rights retained under law

Risk information does not excuse fraud, deceptive promotion, regulatory breaches or negligence where responsibility arises. Mandatory consumer remedies and access to regulators and courts remain available. Liability is determined by our Terms of Business and applicable law.

Brief warning for publications and admission pages

Leveraged trading carries a high risk of losing all committed funds and, where enforceable protections do not prevent it, more than the deposit. Published levels do not assure execution or constrain loss. Ideas address a general audience and do not account for your circumstances. Historical performance is not a reliable forecast. 24-FX receives affiliate compensation from Breakline Markets and has a resulting financial conflict. Read the full Risk Disclaimer and the particular referral notice before acting. Trading remains your choice.

Read any prescribed product or broker warning alongside this statement. Generic wording cannot replace a mandatory warning or verified product-specific disclosure.
